Inquiry information
Rural Source Sourcing Privacy Policy
This policy describes the information requested through the procurement inquiry interface and the browser storage used by the sourcing support notice. It does not claim that the website has completed production delivery or established a verified receiving workflow.
Information you choose to provide
The inquiry form requests a first name, work email and purchase requirements. Company and telephone information are optional. You can also provide an optional budget, currency, unit basis and supplier preference. The procurement message may include product specifications, order quantity, destination and seasonal timing. Keep personal information limited to what is needed for the business inquiry.
Purpose of a procurement message
The information supports reviewing the requirement, asking questions and discussing potential factory quotations. Any decision to disclose a confidential drawing, supplier document or other restricted information should be agreed before sharing it. A supplier discussion may require relevant purchase specifications, but permission and disclosure scope should be clarified as part of the follow-up.
Optional controls and browser storage
When JavaScript is available, optional product, budget and preference controls are combined with the written requirement during form serialization. The visible requirement text remains the buyer's original entry. Without JavaScript, those optional details can be written directly into the message.
The sourcing benefit interface records its first display time in local browser storage and a dismissal indicator in session storage. These values support the maximum seven-day automatic-display window and dismissal of the ticker during the session. Browser settings allow stored website data to be removed. Removing that data also removes the recorded display history.
Care with submitted information
Do not send banking details, identity documents, account passwords or unrelated sensitive information through the initial form. Production receipt, retention schedules and external processors require confirmation in the operational setup; this page does not invent those arrangements. Use a business contact address and indicate any restrictions that apply to the purchase brief.
Questions or corrections
Use the contact inquiry to request clarification or correction of information connected with your procurement discussion. Identify the request sufficiently for the responsible operator to locate it, and avoid including unnecessary personal documents. Additional contractual data-handling arrangements should be agreed where required by the actual transaction.
