Eligibility applies to qualified business buyers and is confirmed after we review your product, quantity, destination, and sourcing requirements.

The working arrangement

Buyer input
The buyer defines the field task, tractor and implement interface, quantity, destination and arrival target. For replacement wear parts, the buyer supplies identification, photographs and dimensions that can be reviewed against the proposed item. Unknown values should remain open questions; guessing a measurement creates a false basis for comparison.
Our sourcing role
Rural Source Sourcing organizes requirements, requests clarification and helps compare candidate factory replies. We are an independent sourcing service, not the manufacturer of the illustrated equipment. A supplier match is a proposal for review rather than proof of an established authorized-dealer relationship.
Supplier responsibility
The quoting supplier identifies its product, material, dimensions, packing, documents, commercial terms and exceptions. Product capability, stock and lead time require confirmation in the actual offer. Images and inquiry options here do not establish inventory or a particular factory's approved capacity.
Buyer acceptance
The buyer reviews the supplier offer and any alternatives before accepting an order. Confirm who checks drawings, arranges samples, measures received parts and handles a discrepancy. Those tasks should be agreed in writing, including the decision route if a proposed part differs from the original request.

Documents to ask for, rather than badges to assume

  • Controlled product reference. Request the supplier's drawing or specification for the quoted implement or point, with the revision used for approval. Identify any unconfirmed dimensions explicitly.
  • Material and part identification. Ask which evidence accompanies the proposed material or treatment and how supplied parts will be traced to the quotation. Evidence needs to refer to the relevant part and order.
  • Operating and service information. For complete machinery, request the assembly, operating and maintenance documents that apply to the exact configuration, plus the spare-parts list and warranty exclusions.
  • Destination and commercial scope. Record the US delivery location, packing and handling responsibilities, currency, quote validity and exclusions. Confirm product-specific compliance questions with the responsible supplier and buyer adviser.

We do not publish a factory history, audited supplier count or certification claim without supporting evidence. The Buying Guide explains which physical checks to retain when the budget or proposed supplier changes.

Make the responsibility clear from the start

Send your requirement and identify which decisions are already fixed. If dimensions, compatibility or delivery terms remain unresolved, include the questions in your brief so the candidate supplier can address them.
